Cafés
We know we’re the best, but we aren’t the only one
-
There's a reason why we source our beans from here and the other roaster we support roasts here too. Luis is a warm person that's helped me created Repeaced Café. He also has the chillest dog that's usually laying around the shop and will come say hi. The place smells amazing, you get to choose your beans and it's located next to a Barnes and Noble and near Mike's Red Tacos (another favorite below).
-
Located along the edge of Mission Bay Park (another favorite below), Superbloom has it all. Good food, drinks and it's on the water. You can post up in an Adirondak chair and watch the sunset while enjoying the views or get some steps in along the water.
-
Located at UCSD's Scripps Institute of Oceanography, Pinpoint has a great view of the ocean. Parking can be a bit tough but it's worth it. We enjoy their dirty chai and breakfast burritos!
Food
We all gotta eat
-
There are 2 locations in Midway and Clairemont. They serve of some of the best birria tacos in SD. Everything on the menu hits! Still waiting on them to bring back the yellow salsa though and if anyone ever actually meets Mike let us know.
-
Located off of Garnet Ave. in PB this place has some of the best deep dish pizza in the city. Grab it by the slice or if you're willing to wait mix and match a whole pie. Great balance of crunch baked cheese edges and fluffy center - check them out!
-
Awesome vegetarian/vegan thai spot in University Heights and Encinitas. Fast service too.
Parks & Views
Touch some grass
-
Right by the water with Superbloom Café right there. It's a perfect place for a picnic, watching the jetskis or a workout. They have multiple outdoor fitness parks and people are always rollerblading and running there.
-
Lively park on the weekends with views of the ocean and most of the city.
-
One of the best views in the city that rivals sunset cliffs. There's plenty of parking and 360 views of SD.
Books
Buy books in bookstores

Used bookstore in North Park right by a bunch of Cafés & food spots
-
Used bookstore not far from Repeaced in Kearny Mesa
-
Old theatre turned into a bookstore that is right by one of our favorite coffee shops - Acento!

Atlas of the Heart
This book is a great foundation to better understand your emotions and communicate with others. Communication is the key to building relationships and the community we're building at Repeaced Café - check it out.
The Alchemist
It's on Kobe's booklist so it must be good. This book got me back into reading. It's a beautiful story for its simplicity about self-discovery and love. You won't want to put it down!
All About Love
Bell Hooks is a fantastic author that defines love and challenges you to reflect on your relationship with love.
